Den første af semesterets tre filmsessioner i København, hvor vi viser film og diskuterer, bl.a. hvordan indsigt i andre levemåder og repræsentationer heraf skabes gennem antropologiske metoder. Der sættes fokus på observation, deltagelse, budskaber og reception.

This documentary opens the gate to the Yang ancestral courtyard and sheds light on the lives and emotions of the family as they look into a past (eviction and collectivization) and towards the post-Reform future for guidance on how to secure a home in which they and the future generations of Yangs can continue to prosper
