This workshop will address key issues in research design and methodology with a focus on ‘Comparative Education Research’. The workshop will be resourceful for Master students to understand important approaches to compfarative education. Four major topics will be addressed in the workshop:

1. The nature and context of comparative educational research
2. Research approaches to comparative education
3. Practical advice to young researchers on quantitative comparative research
4. Introduction to non-conventional analytical approaches.
