Sunday 23 Nov: Researchers from 5 networks arrive in Beijing. Welcome dinner by Peking University.
Day 1- Monday 24 Nov: Network Meetings Meetings of the researchers within the 5 research networks chaired by 5 coordinators to plan activities, joint project applications, development work, discussion of new research results, comparison of research results, planning of publications, etc. Detailed programmes will be decided by each network.

Day 3- Wednesday 26 Nov: Management Representatives from the Hub?s Universities Annual LL-Hub Meeting for Management representatives from member universities (Deans, Vice rectors, Rectors) and 5 network co-ordinators only, Advisory Board members (Reps. From national ministries of education). The aims of the meeting are to share research results, exchange perspectives, update on new national challenges to motivate new researches, set up framework for student/staff mobility. This will create a mutual critical dialogue between policy makers and researchers to enhance the relationship between research and policy making.
Day 4- Thursday 27 Nov: Advisory Board Meeting of Advisory Board Members only to share views, national challenges and priorities, and best practices in policy making among ASEM countries and raise funds for research activities and exchanges of academics and students within ASEM LL Hub universities.
