My project takes its starting point in the initiative SSF-Kompas, which consists of a digital platform, teaching materials as well as presentations and courses for school staff with the purpose of improving the quality of sexuality education in primary schools in Denmark. In a multisite ethnography, I explore how constructions of gender, sexuality and diversity are negotiated and translated from the official curriculum guidelines through SSF-Kompas' platform and materials, to schools' teaching practices.
