I primarily work with teaching development focusing on student engagement, dialogue, and feedback, as well as the integration of digital learning technologies. I provide advice and sparring to teachers at AU and teach a wide range of courses, including the University Pedagogical Programme where I teach Supervision.
I also engage in research in Higher Education Development with a particular focus on the professional development of teachers and pedagogical interventions.
