I am a postdoc with a background in mathematics education, which I apply in my research at CED on reflective feedback models. My work is based on practice-oriented and iterative development processes. I have experience with learning in digital environments, theoretical concept development, and implementation processes. I currently collaborate with VIA’s Center for Professions Studies and the teacher education programme in Silkeborg.
My research focuses on feedback methods in teacher education, with an emphasis on structured reflection on the interplay between theory and practice. I am currently experimenting with generative AI to incorporate feedback from students and learners. My work is primarily based on qualitative analysis, supplemented by quantitative methods.
