Francois a student at the University of Québec in Montréal (UQAM) currently researching the design of educational video games as part of a MA in education. His background is in computer engineering, where he had the chance to work for several game companies. He then worked full-time as a gameplay designer at Bungie for about 2½ years and recently got interested in educational games. He will be helping Simon Egenfeldt-Nielsen and his team at Serious Games Interactive on their projects part-time until December, and the rest of the week you will him at DPU working on his own educational game.
