Sigrun has extensive experience with the publication process in the USA. She has been reviewer for all the major sociology journals and recently published an article in the ASAs flagship journal “Annual Review of Sociology”. Additionally, Sigrun is one the associate editors for one of the American Sociological Association’s most prominent specialty journal, the Journal of Health and Social Behavior. In short, we can all benefit from hearing about Sigrun’s experiences with the publication process in Sociology journals and beyond.

Structure: Sigrun will give a short account of her experiences with publications – common mistakes etc. for ca. half an hour and the rest of the time will be open for questions and answers.
